Cedric Casino Anderson charged with sexual contact at Mall of America
Cedric Casino Anderson, 48, has been charged in Hennepin County District Court with fifth-degree non-consensual sexual contact following an incident at the Mall of America in Bloomington. According to criminal complaints, Anderson approached a female custodian in a restroom on Sept. 14 and groped her buttocks after she declined to lend him a mop.
Anderson is currently on probation for felony third-degree assault. Court documents reveal that in August 2025, he stabbed a woman in a Minneapolis alley after she rejected his sexual solicitation. Although sentenced to 21 months in prison for that incident, the sentence was stayed under a plea agreement with the Hennepin County Attorney’s office, resulting in three years of probation instead of incarceration.
