CEECAT Capital raises 135 million EUR for third private equity fund

CEECAT Capital has secured 135 million EUR during the first closing of its third private equity fund. The fund has a target value of 200 million EUR, with a maximum capacity of 250 million EUR.

Anchor investors for this closing include the European Investment Fund (EIF), which has committed a total of 40 million EUR, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The fund also received support from existing investors, new family offices, and institutional investors.

The fund intends to invest in fast-growing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Eastern Europe, including Poland, focusing on fragmented sectors where cross-border consolidation is possible. The strategy aims to transform local companies into regional platforms by integrating them more deeply into European supply chains.
