CeeDee Lamb nears Dallas Cowboys receiving records

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is approaching several franchise receiving records. Having already passed Dez Bryant on the team’s all-time receiving list, Lamb is currently 98 yards away from surpassing Drew Pearson for second place in franchise history. He also requires 264 yards to overtake Tony Hill for third all-time.

Following a 1-2 start to the season, Lamb has emerged as a dominant offensive force, recording 309 yards and three touchdowns on 20 receptions from Dak Prescott through three games. Lamb, who is currently ranked fourth in the NFL in yardage, expressed high confidence ahead of the Week 4 matchup against the Houston Texans, stating, ‘I don’t think I can be guarded.’

Despite his individual production, Lamb emphasized the need for the team to improve its execution in critical moments. Reflecting on a recent loss, he noted that the offense must ‘finish’ and avoid mistakes when approaching the goal line to meet the team's expectations.
