Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has officially launched the first vehicle models from Ceer, the Kingdom’s national automotive brand. The debut features the ‘Exoboot’ line, which includes both sedan and SUV electric models.

These vehicles are designed and engineered locally to meet international standards and will be manufactured at the Ceer Manufacturing Complex within the King Salman Automotive Manufacturing Complex in King Abdullah Economic City. This facility is noted as the largest of its kind in the Middle East.

Ceer, established in 2022 by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), aims to support Saudi Vision 2030 by diversifying the economy and reducing oil dependency. The company plans to release a total of seven different models over the next five years. The project is expected to contribute over 30 billion Saudi riyals (8 billion USD) to the national GDP, improve the trade balance by approximately 80 billion riyals (21 billion USD), and create direct and indirect jobs by 2034.
