CEFCAM celebrates 70 years of service in Veracruz

The Training and Capacity Building Center of the Mexican Navy (CEFCAM) will celebrate 70 years of service with a series of commemorative activities in Veracruz.

On Friday, August 14, a private ceremony will be held to present a commemorative coin, a photo book, and a presentation by military officials and retired personnel. Following this, a public celebration is scheduled for Sunday, August 16, at the Plaza del Heroísmo starting at 18:00 hours. This event will feature performances by the Mexican Navy Philharmonic Orchestra and the Mexican Navy Mariachi, alongside other cultural presentations.

CEFCAM serves as a vital institution for the Mexican Navy, housing the Naval Electronics School, the Naval Intendance School, and the Sea Scale School to prepare naval personnel.
