Cegeka and German Innovation Experts Advance AI‑Driven Collaborative Solutions

Cegeka, an Austrian IT services firm, introduced a Document Automation Agent that uses artificial intelligence to automate document creation and administrative tasks. The solution aims to reduce manual effort, improve quality and free employees for higher‑value work while addressing security concerns and emphasizing a human‑centred approach.

In Germany, Ralf Hasford, collaboration expert and creator of the UNYCRA® model, presented at a Vanovi Media event that successful innovation relies more on the quality of cooperation than on technology alone. He highlighted the federal Innovation Program for Business Models and Pioneer Solutions (IGP), which now funds jointly developed business models involving at least two companies, positioning cooperation as a strategic capability for SMEs.
