CEIP Andalucía expansion to double school capacity in El Ejido

The Junta de Andalucía has announced the tender for expansion works at the CEIP Andalucía school in Santa María del Águila, El Ejido. The project, valued at over 3 million euros, is expected to be completed within twelve months.

The expansion will double the school's capacity, increasing the number of available places from 225 to 450. The project includes the construction of a new two-story building featuring new classrooms, a library, a dining room, and a gymnasium. Additionally, existing facilities will undergo reforms to better organize the center by educational levels, transitioning the school from a C1 to a C2 typology.
