Celano subsidizes seasonal ski passes for residents

The municipality of Celano has allocated funds to subsidize seasonal ski passes for local residents for the 2026/2027 winter season. While the discounted rate through an agreement with Monte Magnola Impianti is set to increase from 330 to 380 euros, the municipal administration will cover the 50-euro difference.

Vice Mayor Piero Ianni stated that the initiative aims to prevent rising costs from impacting local families and to ensure that winter sports remain accessible to the community. The measure is intended to promote health, youth engagement, and local territory valorization.
