CelcomDigi launches Protect+ with AppleCare Services in Malaysia

CelcomDigi has launched Protect+ with AppleCare Services in Malaysia, a multi-device protection plan designed for individuals and households with multiple Apple products. The subscription allows customers to cover a single eligible device or bundle up to three additional supported devices, such as iPads, Apple Watches, AirPods, and Beats models, under one monthly plan.

Starting from RM50 per month when paired with the purchase of selected new iPhone models through the Easy360 instalment programme, the plan includes coverage for accidental damage like drops and liquid spills. It also provides 24/7 priority access to Apple experts, repairs through Apple-certified channels, and battery replacement if capacity falls below a specific threshold.

For covered iPhones, the plan includes protection against theft and loss, offering like-for-like replacements for approved claims. Subscribers also have the option to swap eligible devices covered under the plan. The service is available through CelcomDigi’s website, online stores, and retail outlets nationwide.
