Celebrities face challenges in ‘Sao Nhập Ngũ 2026’ military training

Participants of the reality show ‘Sao Nhập Ngũ 2026’ have shared experiences from their military training at the 101st Marine Brigade. The cast, which includes artists such as Quốc Trường, Phan Mạnh Quỳnh, Erik, Thúy Ngân, and Châu Bùi, faced rigorous schedules and harsh weather conditions.

During the first episode, actress Thúy Ngân fainted due to the intense heat and demanding schedule, though she expressed a desire to continue filming. The participants also faced challenges such as sea sickness during a journey to the Spratly Islands and strict daily routines starting at 4:30 AM.

The cast noted that the absence of mobile phones for over ten days fostered deeper connections and communication among the group. Despite the physical hardships and difficulties adapting to military discipline, members like Quốc Trường reported successfully adapting to the communal lifestyle and diet.
