Celebrities Jennifer Aniston and Galilea Montijo express regret over not freezing eggs

Actress Jennifer Aniston and television host Galilea Montijo have both publicly shared regrets regarding their past reproductive choices, specifically noting that they wish they had frozen their eggs earlier in life.

Aniston reflected on the difficult fertility treatments she underwent during her late 30s and 40s, including IVF and various alternative methods. She expressed that she would have valued the option of egg freezing much more had she been advised to do so sooner, stating, “I would have given anything if someone had told me: ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.’”

Similarly, Montijo expressed a desire to have another child with her partner, Isaac Moreno. She admitted to significant regret for not freezing her eggs following the birth of her son, Mateo. Montijo noted that she and Moreno have discussed various alternatives, including the possibility of surrogacy, while acknowledging the physical intensity of hormonal fertility treatments.
