Celebrity luxury real estate holdings highlighted in Montenegro and Serbia

Public interest is growing regarding the luxury real estate holdings of regional celebrities. In Montenegro, the family of reality star Anđela Đuričić owns a large estate in Đenovići near Herceg Novi. The property features fifteen rooms and fifteen bathrooms, and is situated near the Portonovi complex. There have been local speculations regarding the potential sale of the villa for approximately 390,000 euros.

In Serbia, singer Mile Kitić and his wife Marta Savić have reportedly renovated a villa on Avala. The residence is characterized by white marble, a central pool, a billiard room, and a large walk-in closet, with interior furnishings estimated to cost over 500,000 euros. The couple also reportedly owns a property in the Dominican Republic valued at around 300,000 euros.
