Cuban Electric Company sues UNE and Energas for $267.6 million

The Cuban Electric Company (CEC), represented by Atlas Holdings of Greenwich, Connecticut, filed a civil lawsuit on 29 July 2026 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
