Celestia (TIA) price drops 15% following Eden launch

Celestia (TIA) experienced a 15% price decline over a 24-hour period following the launch of Eden, an EVM-compatible chain designed for AI agent transactions. While the token initially rallied to highs near $0.76 following the announcement, it subsequently faced selling pressure, dropping to approximately $0.626.

In the derivatives market, over $2 million in long positions were liquidated. Open interest decreased by 23% to $136 million, and derivatives trading volume fell by 52% to $684 million, indicating a retreat from leveraged positions.

Conversely, spot market indicators showed signs of buyer interest. Spot delta reached its highest level since September 2025, suggesting that aggressive buying volume exceeded selling volume. Additionally, exchange netflows were negative, with more TIA leaving tracked exchanges than entering, which may indicate a reduction in immediate sellable supply.
