Celina Leão has inaugurated the first Casa da Mãe Atípica in the Distrito Federal, located at Parking Lot 12 of Parque da Cidade Sarah Kubitschek. The center is designed to provide comprehensive support, assistance, and care for mothers and caregivers of people with disabilities, developmental disorders, and neurodivergences.

The facility offers a variety of services, including medical consultations, entrepreneurship training, gymnastics classes, and reflective groups. To facilitate access, the government will provide free transportation for families from the Plano Piloto Bus Station. The service team is composed entirely of women, and the center will initially operate under a free-demand regime.
