Cellnex appoints João Mora as new CEO of Cellnex Poland

Cellnex, the European telecommunications infrastructure operator, has announced a leadership restructuring within its Polish division. João Mora, formerly the CEO of Cellnex Portugal, has been appointed as the new CEO of Cellnex Poland. Mora succeeds Nuno Carvalhosa, who will continue in his role as the General Director of the Cellnex Northern Europe cluster, overseeing Poland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark.

The reorganization includes several other key appointments. João Cardoso, previously the Director of Strategy and Transformation for Poland and the Netherlands, will transition to the role of Managing Director of Cellnex Portugal. In Poland, Jacek Niewęgłowski, currently a board member and Director of External Relations, will take on additional responsibilities for business strategy and transformation. Additionally, Aureliusz Bochniak has joined the Cellnex Poland management board, where he will oversee land acquisition management and energy, reporting directly to Mora.
