Celltrion Remsima SC and Zymfentra sales reach 456.2 billion won in H1
Celltrion reported that its infliximab subcutaneous (SC) formulations, Remsima SC and the U.S. product Zymfentra, achieved combined sales of 456.2 billion won in the first half of the year. This performance increases the company's visibility toward reaching an annual sales target of 1 trillion won for this product group.
Remsima SC recorded 356.7 billion won in sales across global markets, including Europe and South Korea, representing a 20.3% year-on-year increase. In Europe, Remsima SC holds significant market shares as of Q1, including 49% in Germany, 35% in France, and 31% in Italy. The company attributes this growth to its ‘dual formulation’ strategy, which offers both intravenous (IV) and subcutaneous (SC) options to suit different patient needs.
In the United States, Zymfentra generated 99.5 billion won in sales, a 176.4% increase compared to the same period last year. Celltrion plans to accelerate Zymfentra's growth through expanded marketing and distribution networks. Looking ahead, the company aims to enter new markets, including a planned launch of Remsima SC in Japan by 2027 and gradual expansion into Latin America.
