CELTA cooperative addresses financial and labor status in Tres Arroyos

The CELTA cooperative has issued a formal response to the Tres Arroyos Deliberative Council regarding its financial status, institutional decisions, and labor matters. CELTA leadership, including President Rubén Oscar Prado and Secretary Griselda Eva Campano, stated that all services are operating normally and continuity is not at risk.

Regarding finances, the cooperative noted that its balance sheet for the period ending June 30, 2025, is available to the municipal government. CELTA is currently in advanced negotiations with CAMMESA to regularize existing obligations.

On the personnel front, the cooperative confirmed the dismissal of Gustavo Rodera and Marcelo Echegoyen, as well as the end of contracts for legal advisors José María Pogliano and Fermín Iraízoz Liarte. Administrative and legal tasks have been reassigned to ensure operational continuity. Additionally, Valeria D’Annunzio has assumed the role of Vice President following the resignation of Vanesa Echegoyen.
