Celtic FC prepares for Hearts rematch amid recent form slump

Celtic FC prepares to face Hearts at Celtic Park this Sunday following a period of declining form. The club recently suffered a 4-1 defeat against Benfica in the UEFA Europa League, a result that leaves them near the bottom of the Europa League table.

Celtic manager Martin O’Neill has expressed confidence in striker Kasper Hogh despite a recent quiet spell. Hogh, the club’s record signing, previously scored a hat-trick earlier this season. O’Neill stated that he expects Hogh to finish the season with 20 goals, noting that the player simply needs to regain his confidence through consistent playing time.

The upcoming match against Hearts carries significant weight, as the two teams previously met in a decisive title-deciding fixture. Hearts will look to avenge recent losses, while Celtic seeks to stabilize their performance after losing four of their last five matches across all competitions.
