Celtic FC secures loans for Shim Mheuka and Sam Johnstone

Celtic FC has completed several key transfer moves to bolster its squad. The club has secured 18-year-old Chelsea striker Shim Mheuka on a season-long loan. Mheuka, an England Under-19 international, arrives to provide attacking depth following the departure of Johnny Kenny.

Additionally, Celtic has signed goalkeeper Sam Johnstone on a season-long loan from Wolves. The 33-year-old former England international joins the squad to provide experienced competition in goal.

The club is also monitoring Ecuadorian winger Kendry Páez. Chelsea is currently evaluating loan options for the 19-year-old to ensure he receives sufficient playing time. While Celtic has expressed interest, Blackburn Rovers is also considered a strong candidate for the player's next move.
