Celtic secured a 2-0 victory against Motherwell at Fir Park, ending a three-game losing streak and reclaiming the top spot in the Scottish Premiership. Goals from Camilo Durán and Benjamin Nygren secured the win, which follows a period of tension regarding manager Martin O’Neill’s future and protests from supporters against major shareholder Dermot Desmond.

Camilo Durán, who recently made his international debut, provided an early strike to ease the pressure on the club. The win marks Celtic's seventh victory in eight league matches this season, allowing them to leapfrog Rangers back to the top of the table.
