Cem Yılmaz shares health update after major heart attack

Turkish comedian Cem Yılmaz has shared an update on his health following a major heart attack. The incident occurred at his summer home in the Ayvacık district of Çanakkale. After receiving initial medical intervention at Ayvacık State Hospital, Yılmaz was transferred to ÇOMÜ Hospital, where he underwent an angioplasty.

Prof. Dr. Ercan Akşit described the event as “one of the largest heart attacks a person can experience.”

Following his discharge, Yılmaz posted on social media to thank his supporters and announce lifestyle changes, stating that he has quit smoking and lost weight. He also issued a health warning to the public, urging people to have their hearts and blood vessels checked, noting, “Vessel health is very important.”
