Cementos Pacasmayo strengthens digital platform for Peruvian construction foremen

Cementos Pacasmayo is strengthening its digital ecosystem, Construye Experto, to support construction foremen in northern Peru. The platform aims to provide professional and personal development through continuous training, digital tools, technical advice, and exclusive benefits.

Ariana Torres Calderón, coordinator for the Mass Segment at Cementos Pacasmayo, noted that the initiative addresses the high prevalence of self-constructed urban housing in Peru. Since foremen often lead these projects, the program seeks to improve their technical knowledge and overall well-being for both their professional and family lives.
