Cementos Progreso honors 86 employees for career longevity

Cementos Progreso has recognized 86 employees for their professional longevity through its ‘Trayectoria’ program. The initiative honors staff members reaching service milestones of five years or more, including one individual who has completed 45 years of service.

Approximately 70% of the honorees are from the San Pedro plant in the Dominican Republic. Company data indicates that 40% of its workforce in the country has at least ten years of seniority, while 17 employees have served for more than two decades.

Enrique García, Executive Vice President for the Caribbean Region, stated that recognizing these career paths honors the company’s history and values the accumulated experience and knowledge of its personnel.
