Cencosud launches new Jumbo Supermarket app in Argentina

Cencosud has introduced a new mobile application for its Jumbo Supermarket brand in Argentina as part of a digital transformation strategy. The platform, known as YourJumbo, integrates technology, product catalogs, and online distribution to create a more connected shopping experience.

The app features a catalog of over 20,000 fresh products and offers various logistical options, including express delivery in under 60 minutes or same-day delivery depending on the user's location. To encourage adoption, the company is offering free shipping during the first month of use.

Alejandro Arruiz, General Manager of Cencosud Argentina's Supermarket Division, stated that the tool aims to provide personalized digital experiences by better understanding customer needs, preferences, and shopping habits.
