Cenergy Holdings posts 45% profit jump, raises 2026 EBITDA outlook

Cenergy Holdings reported a 45% increase in first‑half 2026 net profit, reaching €138 million, on sales of €1.15 billion, up 13% year‑on‑year. Adjusted EBITDA rose 26% to €216 million and profit before tax grew 43% to €177 million.

The company upgraded its 2026 EBITDA guidance to a range of €390‑€420 million, up from the previous €370‑€400 million forecast. This follows a record order backlog of about €3.9 billion, driven by a €1.15 billion framework agreement with the Greek electricity grid operator ADMIE for inter‑island connections in the North Aegean and Dodecanese.

CEO Alexandros Alexiou highlighted new production capacity, citing a cable‑manufacturing plant in Maryland, United States, and a steel‑pipe facility in the United Kingdom as the basis for the next growth phase.
