Cenergy Holdings posts strong H1 2026 results and lifts EBITDA outlook
Cenergy Holdings reported a 13% increase in revenue to €1.153 billion in the first half of 2026, driven by its cable division and expanded production capacity in Corinth and Thessaloniki. Adjusted EBITDA rose 26% to €216 million and net profit surged 45% to €138 million. The company’s order backlog grew to €3.9 billion, including a €1.15 billion framework agreement with ADMIE for Greek island electricity interconnections.
Based on the strong performance, Cenergy upgraded its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to €390‑€420 million (up from €370‑€400 million). NBG Securities retained an “Outperform” rating with a target price of €28.40 per share. Investments of €165 million and a controlled leverage ratio of about 1x EBITDA underpin the outlook.
