CENIT AG elects new Supervisory Board leadership

The Supervisory Board of CENIT Aktiengesellschaft has elected new leadership following appointments by the Stuttgart Local Court. Klaus Weinmann has been elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Uwe Kemm has been elected as Vice Chairman.

The court-appointed members, Weinmann and Kemm, assumed their roles effective September 28, 2026. The new Supervisory Board will consist of Klaus Weinmann, Uwe Kemm, and Laura Schmidt. This restructuring follows the departure of the previous Chairman and Vice Chairman.
