CENIT AG posts sharp EBITDA increase in first half of 2026

CENIT AG reported that revenue for the first six months of 2026 reached €104.657 million, a modest 0.9% rise from the prior year. Income from third‑party software fell 1.9% to €49.187 million, while sales of its own software grew 2.8% to €9.831 million and consulting services rose 3.6% to €45.492 million.

The group’s EBITDA jumped to €8.517 million, more than double the €1.201 million recorded a year earlier, lifting the EBITDA margin to 8.1% from 1.2%. Equity stood at €44.140 million and cash and cash equivalents increased to €23.675 million. Operating cash flow improved to €13.149 million. At the end of June 2026, CENIT employed 916 people.
