Centenarians celebrated in Italian towns
Two individuals in Italy have reached the milestone of 100 years of age, receiving local recognition for their long lives and community ties.
In Montesilvano, Leo Ravanesi celebrated his 100th birthday at the Giardino dei Principi restaurant. Mayor De Martinis presented him with a commemorative plaque, praising his dedication, hard work, and ongoing charitable efforts, including support for the Laboratorio Incontro and an orphanage in Congo.
In Castelraimondo, Celestino Morosi marked his centenary at a local nursing home. Originally from Castelraimondo and having lived much of his life in Matelica, Morosi was joined by family and local officials, including Matelica Councilor Barbara Cacciolari and representatives from the Castelraimondo administration, to celebrate his life and experiences.
