Center for Culture Tivat to perform Sartre's

The Center for Culture Tivat is presenting the play "Dirty Hands" (Prljave ruke), based on the text by Jean-Paul Sartre. Directed and adapted by Jug Radivojević, the production is scheduled to be performed as part of the 39th Barski ljetopis at the Summer Stage in Bar on August 9, and as part of the 21st Mediterranean Theater Festival Purgatorije at the Center for Culture Tivat on August 10.

According to director Jug Radivojević, the drama of psychological realism explores the conflict between political ideology and personal ethics, examining the tension between "pure" thought and "dirty" action. The play addresses existentialist themes regarding human freedom and responsibility, as well as the dogmatism of political extremes. The cast includes Miloš Biković, Lazar Đurđević, Lara Dragović, Maša Labudović, Dušan Kovačević, Jelica Vukčević, Igor Damjanović, and Pavle Bogojević.
