Central Australian Football League confirms 2026 finals series

The 2026 TIO Central Australian Football League (CAFL) finals series has been confirmed following the conclusion of the home-and-away season.

In the women's competition, Souths delivered a strong performance to strengthen their premiership position, led by two goals each from Jodie Rayner and Alana Abbott. Federal also secured a victory to remain a top contender, with Fredrick Wheeler scoring five goals.

In the men's competition, Federal established themselves as a major threat heading into the finals after a dominant win. Will McNabb and Ariki Lowe were key players in the victory, while Fredrick Wheeler, Braydon Weily, and Matthew Axten contributed significantly to the scoring.

Additionally, West nearly completed a historic comeback, falling just one point short in the match of the round.
