Central Jakarta Mayor emphasizes civil servant professionalism

Arifin, the Mayor of Central Jakarta, has emphasized the importance of strengthening the character and professionalism of Civil Servants (ASN) by integrating religious values into public service duties. During a Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW commemoration, he stated that religious values can serve as a foundation for improving moral and ethical quality in government tasks.

Arifin noted that integrity and exemplary behavior are essential for civil servants to face modern public service challenges. The goal of incorporating these spiritual and moral foundations is to create a bureaucracy that is clean, efficient, and responsive to the needs of Jakarta Pusat residents.
