Central Macedonia Region promotes tourism and agriculture at international exhibitions

The Central Macedonia Region of Greece participated in two major international exhibitions to promote its local sectors. At IMEX America in Las Vegas, the region collaborated with the Thessaloniki Convention Bureau to strengthen its position in the global MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) tourism market.

Additionally, the region showcased its agricultural strength at the Fruit Attraction exhibition through the ‘Freskon Greece’ national pavilion. Sixteen local businesses participated, highlighting regional products such as kiwis, peaches, nectarines, and cherries to enhance export opportunities and international competitiveness.
