Central Michigan University Announces 2026 Soccer Schedule and 2028 Football Game

Central Michigan University Athletics released the promotional schedule for its 2026 men's soccer season. The plan features themed home games with kids zones, free on‑field clinics for children, a Tribal Celebration with the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe, and a Mental Health Awareness game against Miami (OH) that will include drawstring bags and autograph sessions.

Separately, the University of Tennessee football program added a non‑conference matchup against Central Michigan to its 2028 schedule. The game will be played at Neyland Stadium on September 9, 2028, with a $1.3 million guarantee to the Chippewas. It marks the first football meeting between the two schools and is part of Tennessee’s schedule extending through 2030.
