Central Phuket announces major luxury expansion project
Central Pattana Public Company Limited has announced significant progress on the luxury expansion of Central Phuket, aiming to transform the area into a global luxury destination. The project, valued at over 26,000 million baht, involves a 14-rai expansion to double the luxury zone. Construction is currently over 60% complete, with the first phase of the luxury zone expected to open in the second quarter of 2027.
The expansion seeks to cater to high-net-worth individuals, including Thai locals, expatriates, and international tourists. The development will feature world-class attractions, an ultimate culinary landmark with over 150 brands, and a world-class arena for entertainment and culture.
Major luxury brands are already establishing or expanding their presence at the site. Notable developments include the largest Louis Vuitton boutique in southern Thailand, a 597-square-meter Prada boutique, and the first BVLGARI Exclusive Concept in Phuket. Other participating brands include Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Celine, Dior, Gucci, Hermès, Omega, Saint Laurent, Tiffany & Co, Tod’s, Valentino, Versace, and Zegna.
