Centralny Port Komunikacyjny begins search for new leadership
The Supervisory Board of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) has launched qualification procedures to fill two key leadership positions: President of the Board and Board Member for Real Estate and Stakeholder Relations.
The company is seeking experienced managers capable of handling the scale and complexity of the Port Polska strategic investment program. For the President position, key criteria include experience managing complex investment projects and leading large teams or boards. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in multi-sector, large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects, as well as expertise in project finance and an MBA degree.
The Board Member for Real Estate and Stakeholder Relations will focus on land acquisition for infrastructure investments and managing relationships with the surrounding community. Candidates must possess knowledge in spatial planning, regional development, and stakeholder engagement.
These recruitment efforts follow the dismissal of President Filip Czernicki and Board Member Dariusz Kusi in late July. Marcin Michalski is currently overseeing presidential duties.
