Centro Cardiologico Monzino to host Night Run in Milan

The 9th edition of the Night Run Monzino is scheduled for Saturday, September 5, in Milan’s CityLife district. Organized by the Centro Cardiologico Monzino IRCCS in collaboration with Friesian Team and Sportitude, the event offers 5km and 10km routes designed to promote cardiovascular health and active lifestyles.

The event serves as a precursor to the Milano Heart Week and the World Heart Day on September 29. As part of the festivities, a ‘Villaggio del Cuore’ (Heart Village) will be set up in the afternoon, allowing citizens to consult with cardiologists and specialists regarding cardiovascular prevention. Participants will receive technical gear branded by Decathlon, featuring red colors to symbolize heart care.
