Centro Commerciale Campania launches free retail training

Centro Commerciale Campania, located in Marcianise, has launched the Campania Academy, a free professional training program aimed at boosting youth employment in the retail and food sectors. Organized in partnership with Randstad Enterprise Italia, the initiative provides 100 hours of structured training and practical workshops.

The program is designed for individuals seeking to enter the retail industry or pivot their careers. It follows a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of attendance from Randstad and an HACCP certification. This initiative is part of Klépierre’s Act4Good program, which focuses on sustainable and inclusive growth by bridging the gap between job seekers and industry needs.
