Centro Cultural España Córdoba hosts double art inauguration
The Centro Cultural España Córdoba (CCEC) is hosting a double inauguration on Thursday, September 17, featuring two distinct contemporary art projects.
The first is the exhibition ‘Todo tiene parientes’ by Toni Morales, which serves as the debut for the program ‘La forma en la que se construyen las cosas’. Curated by Gi Cassettai, the exhibition focuses on artistic production processes and traditional knowledge. Morales presents a collection of textile, sculptural, and pictorial works inspired by the Calchaquí Valleys, incorporating agricultural symbols, religious iconography, and popular architecture.
The second event is the unveiling of the mural ‘Lo que no pueden arrebatarnos’ by Cordovan artist Milagros Aubone. This work is part of the ‘Murales en Tránsito’ cycle, coordinated by Natalia Pretto. The mural, located in the CCEC hallway, celebrates themes of well-being, friendship, and nature, featuring the Córdoba mountains as a central element.
