Centrum Air launches direct Tashkent-Karachi flights

Centrum Air has launched direct flights between Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and Karachi, Pakistan, expanding air connectivity between the two nations. The inaugural flight, operated by an Airbus A320, arrived at Karachi Airport on Thursday, September 3.

The new route is intended to promote tourism, trade, and business-to-business contacts, while also facilitating increased people-to-people interaction. The arrival was marked by a traditional water-cannon salute and attended by diplomatic representatives and local government officials from the Sindh province.
