CEPF holds General Assembly in Paris to discuss Protestant community

The Communauté des Églises protestantes francophones (CEPF) held its General Assembly on August 28 and 29, 2026, in Paris. The meeting focused on the community's internal life, the experiences of its member churches, and future perspectives.

During the assembly, President Jean Luc Blanc reviewed his first year in office, which involved extensive travel to connect with member churches in locations including French Guiana, Mayotte, Reunion, Morocco, Cairo, Alexandria, Berlin, Martinique, and Guadeloupe.

The CEPF operates with a light institutional structure, relying on regular meetings of its steering committee and bureau. The community maintains a wide network of partnerships with organizations such as Défap, the Fédération protestante de France, Églises de France, and Action chrétienne en Orient (ACO) to support local church realities and pastoral missions.
