Ceredo 2026 real estate exhibition concludes in Jeddah

The fifth edition of the Ceredo 2026 Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition has concluded its three-day run at the Jeddah Super Dome. Held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the event attracted approximately 35,000 visitors and featured more than 50 participating government and private entities.

The exhibition served as a platform for developers, investors, and prospective buyers to explore residential projects, particularly those located within the Makkah region. During the event, various agreements and memoranda of understanding were signed to foster cooperation and enhance investment opportunities within the Saudi real estate sector.

Discussions at the exhibition focused on the sector's role in economic development, technological advancements, and the transition toward smart and sustainable cities. The event aimed to strengthen public-private partnerships, provide direct access to housing and financing solutions, and increase awareness of real estate regulations in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
