Cerejeiras health recruitment process annulled by court ruling

The Public Ministry of Justice of Rondônia has recommended the maintenance of a sentence that annulled a simplified selection process in the municipality of Cerejeiras. The selection process, intended for the hiring of community health agents and endemic combat agents, was invalidated due to structural irregularities in the rules of the public notice and the application of exams.

The municipality appealed the decision, arguing that the annulment should be limited to specific irregular acts rather than the entire process, citing risks to the continuity of public health services. However, the Prosecutor's Office maintains that the flaws are too deep to be corrected through simple rectifications after candidates have already been classified.
