Cergy real estate project to deliver 146 new housing units

A new real estate development project is underway in the Grand Centre district of Cergy, Val-d'Oise. The project, titled ‘Les Maisons de Marianne’, will replace a building formerly occupied by Val-d’Oise Habitat.

Promoted by Keyden, the development will deliver 146 housing units, including social intergenerational residences, intermediate rental housing, and apartments for homeownership. The site will feature two seven-story buildings and an underground parking lot.

To address climate challenges and heatwaves, the project includes a 2,100 m2 central green space, with over 50% of the non-built surface area dedicated to greenery. Construction is expected to begin in October, with a scheduled delivery date of March 2029.
