Cerignola resident awaits reserved parking space after year-long delay

In Cerignola, a local administrative delay has left a 95-year-old resident with a 100% disability rating without a reserved parking space in front of her home for over a year. Despite a formal request and a site inspection by signage contractors, the installation has not been completed.

Claudio Dilernia of Puglia Popolare has issued an appeal to the Mayor, noting that while the Mayor is not directly responsible for every administrative task, his intervention is needed to resolve the stalled process. The appeal emphasizes that the parking space is a legal right rather than a favor, aimed at ensuring dignity for vulnerable citizens.
