Cerity Partners expands assets and office space in New York

New York-based wealth management firm Cerity Partners is undergoing significant growth through both personnel acquisitions and physical office expansion.

Cerity Partners has integrated two advisory teams from Shufro Rose & Co.—the Contant-Leit and Wacht Groups—which collectively manage $1.4 billion in assets. This move follows the departure of two other Shufro Rose teams to Wealth Enhancement in July. Cerity Partners currently manages over $160 billion in client assets.

Simultaneously, the firm is expanding its Midtown Manhattan footprint at 99 Park Avenue. Cerity has signed a 15-year lease for an additional 19,600 square feet, bringing its total space in the Global Holdings-owned building to approximately 68,300 square feet. The firm will transition from a subtenant to a direct occupant of the space next year.
