Cerro Chapelco to host South American adaptive skiing clinic
Cerro Chapelco in Argentina will host the Winter Camp, recognized as the most significant adaptive skiing clinic in South America. Scheduled from August 22 to August 27, the initiative was developed by Paralympic athlete Enrique Plantey.
The event will bring together 29 athletes, including representatives from Argentina, El Salvador, Uruguay, and Chile. The program aims to promote skiing as an inclusive discipline and a pathway toward high-performance athletics. Participants will receive instruction from the Chapelco Adaptive Ski School, supported by the Provincial Government and the Argentine Paralympic Committee (COPAR).
