Cerro, Italy to Host 2nd Memorial E. Gelsomini Charity Run

Cerro, a hamlet of Cocquio Trevisago in Italy, will host the 2nd Memorial E. Gelsomini – Giro nel Bosco Incantato on 2 August 2026. The non‑competitive event, organized by Associazione La Quercia ODV in collaboration with Atletica 3V, offers a 5‑kilometre race and a 2.5‑kilometre walk along the forest trails of the Bosco Incantato, a protected green area of the Valcuvia.

The run is open to all participants, including children and dog owners, and the proceeds will be donated entirely to the social project “La Quercia”. The first‑place male and female finishers will be awarded, followed by a buffet provided by the association.
