Cerro Porteño rejects Racing Club loan offer for Matías Pérez

Cerro Porteño has rejected a proposal from Racing Club to acquire defender Matías Pérez on loan. Although Racing expressed interest in a loan deal with an option to buy, the Paraguayan club stated they are not interested in loaning the player, who is under contract until December 2027.

Club officials indicated they are open to discussing offers for starting players, but only in the context of permanent transfers rather than loans.
